I booked this package to celebrate my 40th birthday and treat myself to a special solo adventure. The value was excellent considering there was no single supplement, which is rare for the Maldives. The solo villa was beautiful and felt safe and secure, which is important when traveling alone.
The highlight for me was the cooking class where we learned to prepare traditional Maldivian dishes. The photos from my professional session are stunning - the photographer knew all the best spots and angles. I was initially concerned about feeling lonely or out of place, but the staff and other solo travelers were so friendly that I never felt that way. My only suggestion would be to extend the package to 7 nights as 5 nights felt too short!
